    Amazon usually doesn't email proof of purchase until the actual release date though.

    I pre-ordered before the $4.99 price at B&N. Will it be given to me the price of $4.99? I can't wait until it comes out.I love all of your books and looking forward to this new series.

    Ok, so I preordered this on the 20th and got it today! There's no indication of when I preordered it though so I don't know how to get the gift card... Oh well! Still a good deal!
