How Books Were Made



I am absolutely shocked at how difficult it used to be to make a book! Wow, we have it so easy now!



This makes me appreciate my old books more than ever! They really are treasures to keep. Do you like to collect old books?

    Wow! Definitely appreciate what went into making the older books. I have a nice little collection of books from the 40's and 50's from my mother. I'm going to see them in a whole new light now.

    I do! Whenever I travel I go to antique book shops, and usually walk away with an old children's book. I also collect books in other languages.

      Oh wow, I never thought about books in other languages. I will have to keep my eyes out for some now.

    Wow! That is such an interesting video. A lot of work and so many steps involved in it. I definitely appreciate the old books I have. I don't collect them but if I come across them I don't shy away from adding them to my collection. I love print books of all sorts and it's why I hope they never go away.
