Mix together and store in airtight container
4 cups cracker crumbs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp celery salt
1Tbsp paprika
1 tsp oil
1/2 tsp onion salt
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Put chicken pieces in a gallon sized plastic bag, add mix, and shake. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 375* for 1 hour and 15 minutes.

ReplyDeleteIt is hard to get good old fashion fried chicken these days. When I fry chicken I use a cast iron skillet. It makes such a difference.
