Garden Salsa

3 cups diced fresh tomatoes
1 cup diced onion
3-5 diced jalapeno peppers
1 clove diced fresh garlic (3/4tsp)
1/4 cup chopped parsley
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
2 Tbsp lime juice

Mix everything well and refrigerate.
Can be frozen or canned.
