Lemon Torte

Mix:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 stick butter melted
Spread in a 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes

 Mix:
1 pkg 8oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 of a large tub of Cool Whip
Spread on the cooled crust

Mix:
2 pkgs instant lemon pudding
3 cups milk
Spread over first layer

Spread remaining Cool Whip on top.  Chill.

YUM!!!!

  1. My mother would have loved this dessert... I think I will make it this month for our first family get together since she passed away... It will be held on June 23rd..
