Made in America Christmas: Are You In?

Last night I was watching the news and saw a great story. It was reported that Americans will spend an average of $704 on Christmas gifts.

They claim that if Americans would spend just $64 of that on products made in America,

it would create 200,000 new American jobs.

I'm going to do it! How about you? Are you in?
Here is a link to the ABC news story to find out more.

  1. Lori, a big Texas yeeehaw to you for instigating this campaign! I've been giving "buy American" my best shot, and at the very least try to buy goods made by 'friendly' countries.

In addition (contrary to many corporate stands) I wish my customers a merry Christmas as I comple their sales!

  8. I do try to buy American whenever possible especially when given a choice. I am passing this on to my facebook friends as well. Thanks for sharing Lori! They also use the Rosie the Riveter picture on the autism site to honor the Moms out there who are dealing with children who have autism. My daughter is one of those and she is awesome!
