Just had to share

Got a great review for The Christimas Cookie Chronicles: Raylene from Fresh Fiction. Just has to share.

RAYLENE, the second book in Lori Wilde's trilogy of holiday novellas (The Christmas Cookie Chronicles), takes us back to Twilight, Texas and the Sweetheart Park fountain. The legend says if you throw a penny into the fountain you will be reunited with your high school sweetheart and live happily-ever-after. Raylene had over thirty years with her sweetheart until he left after she confessed to having had a child she gave up. A year later, Raylene is running the Horney Toad Tavern alone and starting to wonder if Earl is ever coming home. When Raylene hires a new cocktail waitress to help around the bar, she doesn't know that Shannon is the daughter she's never met but missed her entire life.

RAYLENE is a wonderful story, heartwarming and tender. Ms. Wilde gives us two stories for the price of one: a new blossoming romance between Shannon and Nate Deavers, and Raylene and Earl making their way back to each other. I couldn't put this book down until I was sure everyone got the happy ending they deserved.
