Tea

I love to drink tea. I cannot go a day without drinking it.

I like it hot.

I like it cold.

I like it in many different flavors.

When I was little, I loved to have tea parties and invite my favorite dolls.

I've never given much thought of where tea comes from or of its importance in history. But today for some reason I decided to investigate it a little.

So how about you? How do you like your tea?

  3. Oops. Maybe that's why the South is out to get me! Not a tea drinker. I am always amazed when I see my Southern friends put soooooooooooo much sugar into their "sweet tea". But y'all enjoy! I'll just drink my coffee... :>)

  5. My husband is English so we drink tea here all the time. We pay a lot for the English tea called P.G. Tips we get it here from a English shop. We drink it hot and cold too. I grew up drinking ice tea in the summer time I would get a big jar add about 6 tea bags put the lid on and set it outside in the sun for 3 to 4 hours it was great tea.
Only I drink mix favors like peach tea, strawberry all kinds of herb teas
Have to have my tea! I also collect tea pots too!
    Love the video!

  6. I adore tea. I don't drink it hot very often, but when I do I drink the Green Tea with Lemongrass and Spearmint. I love iced tea. I remember, when I was a kid, the jugs my aunt would leave on her patio in the summer to sun-brew. I loved that. I even own an iced tea maker.

Another fun thing about tea is Alton Brown's "Good Eats" show. It was a great history of tea and instructional episode "Trew Brew."

  7. Not a tea drinker, althought I had a tasty one once-cold blueberry lemon with lemons and blueberries floating in it. Delicious!

  8. With milk.. I used to drink it black, but ever since I moved to the UK, the sheer quantity of milky teas everywhere has worn down my resistance. I even quite like it, now!

  10. I love iced tea...I never make it exactly the way I like it. It is either too sweet or too strong. I usually just buy it from Turners...It's southern tea and it's just perfect.

I also have to say that I just got my High Concept Workbook in the mail and it is wonderful. The presentation is fantastic but all the info you have compiled is amazing. I am so excited to have found it...I will definitely spread the word to all my aspiring writing friends.
